多次人工流产与中国女性子宫肌瘤关联性的Meta分析

Meta analysis of correlation between repeated abortion and uterine fibroids in Chinese women

目的评价多次(≥2次)人工流产与中国女性患子宫肌瘤的关联性。方法计算机检索中国知网(CNKI)、维普(VIP)、万方、PubMed数据库,同时手检纳入相关文献,查找所有有关多次人工流产与女性子宫肌瘤发病关系的研究,检索时间均为建库至2016年10月25日。按照纳入和排除标准对文献进行筛选、提取有效数据和质量评价,采用RevMan5.2软件进行Meta分析,并采用NOS质量评估量表进行方法学质量评价。结果共纳入10篇病例-对照研究,包括1780例子宫肌瘤患者和1894例对照。Meta分析结果显示多次人工流产是子宫肌瘤发病的危险因素,随机效应模型得到的OR值为2.23,95%CI为1.72～2.88;固定效应模型得到的OR值为2.46,95%CI为2.14～2.82。结论多次人工流产在一定程度上会增加中国女性子宫肌瘤的发病危险。

Objective To evaluate the connection between repeated abortion(≥2 times)and uterine fibroids in Chinese women.Methods CNKI,VIP,Wanfang and PubMed were searched from the establishment to October 25th,2016 for collecting eligible studies about the relevance of repeated abortion and uterine fibroids,and other relevant articles were also searched by hand.RevMan5.2 software was used to perform meta-analysis after the study selection,extraction and assessment of its quality.The methodological quality of included study was assessed by Newcastle-Ottawa Scale(NOS)quality evaluation criteria.Results Ten case-control studies involving 1780 cases and 1894 controls were finally included.The results of Meta analysis showed that repeated abortion could raise the risk of uterine fibroids compared with control group.Random effect model:OR=2.23,95%CI:1.72-2.88);fixed effect model:OR=2.46,95%CI:2.14-2.82.Conclusion Repeated abortion could increase the risk of uterine fibroids in Chinese women.
