摘要
甲状腺滤泡癌早期易发生血道转移,常见转移部位是骨和肺,发生气管及纵隔转移临床并不多见。本文报道1例甲状腺滤泡癌术后4年发生气管及纵隔转移的49岁男性患者,结合文献,分析该疾病临床特征、诊断与鉴别诊断、治疗方法及预后。
The early stage of follicular thyroid carcinoma is prone to hematogenous metastasis,the common sites of metastasis are lung and bone,the trachea and mediastina metastasis is exceptionally rare.This paper reports a 49-year-old male patient with trachea and mediastina metastasis 4 years after the operation of follicular thyroid carcinoma.The clinical features,diagnosis and differential diagnosis,treatment and prognosis are analyzed with reference to the literature.
