烟块分散装置的设计及应用

Design and application of machine for loosening caked tobacco

为提高烟块松散效果,保证后续加工正常,设计了一种烟块分散装置加装在除麻除块机烟块落料处。加装该装置后,未松散回潮透的烟块,经过该分散装置内多级分散辊分散成烟片,松散率超过99%,造碎率平均为2.8%,具有良好的实用效果。

In order to improve the eff ect of loosening caked tobacco and ensure normal operation of subsequent processes,a caked tobacco loosening machine was developed.This machine is installed under tobacco agglomerate discharge port for wiping out fl ax silks and caked tobacco.With this machine,the caked tobacco that are not fully loosened can be made into laminas through its multistage dispersion rollers,and fi nally sent to conveyor belt.This paper introduces the design approach and operating principle of this new machine.
