摘要 为实现薄荷型卷烟凉味在生产过程的稳定控制,以中南海A薄荷型产品为例,通过感官评价与烟气薄荷醇含量检测结果相结合的方法,确定量化的凉味差别阈值。结论:中南海A薄荷型产品的凉度差别阈为烟气薄荷醇释放量(0.48±0.10)mg/支;此外,本文还建立了烟气中薄荷醇释放量与烟丝、滤嘴中薄荷醇含量的数学关系。 To keep the stability of menthol content in production,a quantitative approach for determination of cool flavor difference threshold was proposed by sensory evaluation and test result of menthol content in mainstream smo ke.Based on the test result of Zhongnanhai A menthol cigarette,a mathematical model of menthol release amount in tobacco,fi lter and mainstream smoke was built.Cool fl avor diff erential threshold appeared when menthol release amount in mainstream smoke was 0.48±0.10 mg/piece in Zhongnanhai A menthol cigarette;A mathematical model was built between menthol release amount in mainstream smoke and menthol content in cut tobacco and fi lter.
