基于“工匠精神”的电子商务技能型人才培养实践途径

E-commerce Skilled Talents' Training Practice Based on "Craftsman Sprit"

本文结合实践探讨将"工匠精神"融入到高职院校的电子商务技能型人才培养过程中。高职院校应该重视工匠精神融入到电商人才培养过程中的作用和地位;注重从专业基础课程、专业核心课程和专业通识课程三大模块深化专业课程教学改革,构建培育"工匠精神"的课程体系;强化"学校-行业-企业"合作,打造工匠精神培育平台。

Combined with practice,this paper discusses how to integrate"craftsman spirit"into the training of e-commerce talents in higher vocational colleges.Higher vocational colleges should pay attention to the role and status of craftsman sprit,deepen the reform of e-commerce curriculum reform,including the basic,core and general education courses,and strengthen school-industry-enterprise cooperation.
