论教育行政部门在防止幼儿园“小学化”倾向中的作用 被引量:2

On the Role of Education Administrative Departments in Preventing the "Primary School" Tendency of Kindergartens

摘要 幼儿园"小学化"倾向在我国依然普遍存在,其原因主要有:家长的错误观念、根深蒂固的应试教育模式、民办幼儿园的功利性质以及部分幼儿园教师的专业素质欠缺。为了采取积极的措施防止这一现象的继续发生及存在,教育行政部门可以开展的工作有:开展学前教育宣传活动;帮助社会大众了解学前教育;改革应试教育的考核模式;制定相关政策;加强监管,保证政策的有效执行;提升幼儿园教师专业素质。由此,从根本上杜绝幼儿园"小学化"的发生。 The"primary school"tendency of kindergartens is still prevalent in China.The main reasons are:the misconceptions of parents,the deep-rooted examination-oriented education model,the utilitarian nature of private kindergartens,and the lack of professional quality of some kindergarten teachers.In order to prevent the continuation and existence of this phenomenon,education administrative departments can take the following measures:carrying out preschool education publicity;helping the public to understand preschool education;reforming the examination-oriented model of education;formulating relevant policies;enhancing supervision to ensure the effective implementation of policies;improving the professional quality of kindergarten teachers.Through the above measures,the"primary school"tendency of kindergartens can be fundamentally eliminated.
