Vitapex糊剂和传统根管糊剂填充治疗根尖周炎的效果比较

Effect comparison of Vitapex paste and traditional root canal paste in the treatment of periapical periodontitis

目的比较Vitapex糊剂和传统根管糊剂填充治疗根尖周炎的效果。方法选择我院2015年6月～2017年1月收治的210例根尖周炎患者作为研究对象,采用数字奇偶法分为观察组和对照组,各105例。观察组选择Vitapex糊剂展开填充治疗,对照组选择传统根管糊剂展开填充治疗,比较两组根尖周炎患者的术后疼痛程度以及治疗6个月的总有效率。结果观察组患者的疼痛程度明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗6个月的总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论同传统根管糊剂进行比较,选择Vitapex糊剂对根尖周炎患者进行填充治疗,能够提高病症治疗综合疗效,缓解疼痛程度。

Objective To compare the effects of Vitapex paste and traditional root canal paste in the treatment of periapical periodontitis.Methods A total of 210 patients with periapical periapical admitted to our hospital from June 2015 to January 2017 were selected as the study subjects and were divided into the observation group and the control group,105 cases in each group.The observation group was treated by Vitapex paste for filling therapy,the control group was treated by traditional root canal paste.The postoperative pain and the total effective rate of 6 months were compared between the two groups.Results The pain degree of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate at 6 months in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional root canal paste,filling with Vitapex paste can effectively improve the efficacy of patients with periapical periodontitis and significantly relieve pain.
