预成纤维桩在口腔修复治疗中的临床效果

Clinical effect of pre-fabricated fiber post in oral prosthodontic treatment

目的分析预成纤维桩在口腔修复治疗过程中的临床应用效果。方法选取我院2017年1～12月收治的68例口腔修复患者,根据治疗方式的不同分为观察组和对照组,各34例。对照组采用可塑纤维桩修复治疗,观察组采用预成纤维桩修复治疗,比较两组的疗效、生活质量及满意度。结果观察组的患牙修复成功率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的生活质量评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对口腔修复患者实施预成纤维桩口腔修复具有显著的治疗效果,不仅可以使患者的患牙修复成功率得以有效提高,而且可以提高患者的生活质量以及满意度。

Objective To analyze the clinical application effect of pre-fabricated fiber post in the treatment of oral prostheses.Methods Sixty-eight patients with received oral prostheses in our hospital from January to December in 2017 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the different treatment mode,34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with plastic fiber post,and the observation group was treated with pre-fabricated fiber post.The efficacy,quality of life,and care satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The success rate of dental restoration in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The quality of life score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The oral rehabilitation of pre-fabricated fiber post in patients with oral prosthesis has a significant therapeutic effect,which can not only effectively improve the success rate of patients with restored teeth,but also improve the patient′s quality of life and satisfaction.
