手术室细节护理干预对老年患者腹腔镜手术的应用效果

Application effect of operating room detail nursing intervention on laparoscopic surgery in elderly patients

目的探讨手术室细节护理干预对老年患者腹腔镜手术的应用效果。方法选取2015年2月～2017年4月在我院行腹腔镜手术80例老年患者进行分析,采用随机抽签法分为参照组和研究组,每组各40例。参照组开展常规护理干预,研究组开展手术室细节护理干预,评估两组的总满意度和疼痛、焦虑及抑郁评分。结果研究组的护理总满意度高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的疼痛评分、焦虑及抑郁评分低于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年患者开展手术室细节护理干预,可有效提高患者的满意度,缓解患者的疼痛,降低患者的焦虑、抑郁评分,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the application effect of operating room detail nursing intervention on elderly patients undergone surgery.Methods From February 2015 to April 2017,80 patients performed with laparoscopic surgery in our hospital were selected for analysis.All patients were divided into reference group and study group by a random lottery,40 cases in each group.In the reference group,routine nursing intervention was used,while in the study group,detail nursing intervention in the operating room was adopted.The patient′s satisfaction and pain,anxiety and depression scores of the two groups were assessed.Results The satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the reference group with a significant difference(P<0.05).The pain score,anxiety and depression scores of the study group were lower than those in the reference group with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of operating room detail nursing intervention in elderly patients can effectively improve patient′s satisfaction,relieve pain and reduce anxiety and depression scores,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
