预防控制相关护理在老年留置导尿管患者尿路逆行性感染中的应用效果

Effect of control and prevention related nursing on urinary tract retrograde infection in elderly patients with indwelling catheter

目的研究预防控制相关护理在老年留置导尿管患者尿路逆行性感染中的应用效果。方法选取2016年10月～2017年10月在我院留置尿管的160例老年患者作为研究对象,按照实施的护理方法的不同分为观察组和对照组,每组各80例。观察组接受预防控制的相关护理;对照组接受普通常规护理。分别以发生尿路逆行性感染的数量、患者的护理总满意度以及患者护理质量作为预防控制效果的评判依据。结果观察组的护理质量及患者的护理总满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组发生尿路逆行性感染的发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年留置导尿管进行尿路逆行性感染的预防控制是很有效果的。针对老年留置导尿管患者,采用完善的尿路逆行性感染的预防控制系统,强化留置尿管患者的精细化护理工作,以此来减少甚至避免因留置尿管而引起的尿路逆行性感染。

Objective To study the effect of control and prevention related nursing on urinary tract retrograde infection in elderly patients with indwelling catheter.Methods A total of 160 elderly patients who underwent indwelling catheters in our hospital from October 2016 to October 2017 were selected as subjects.According to the different methods of treatment for patients,they were equally divided into observation group and control group.In the observation group,relevant care for control and prevention was adopted,while in the control group,general routine care was used.The number of urinary tract retrograde infections,patient′s satisfaction on nursing,and care quality were used as the evaluation basis for the control and prevention effects.Results The survey showed that the quality of care and the patient′s satisfaction on nursing in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of urinary tract retrograde infection in the observation group was lower than that in the control group with a statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The control and prevention of urinary tract retrograde infection in elderly patients with indwelling catheters is very effective.For elderly patients with indwelling catheters,the impeccable control and prevention system for retrograde urinary tract infections can be used to strengthen the delicate nursing on patients with indwelling catheters,so as to effectively reduce or even avoid the urinary tract retrograde infection caused by indwelling catheters.
