母婴床旁护理在产科护理中的应用效果

目的探讨母婴床旁护理在促进产妇掌握新生儿护理技能及提高其对护理满意度中的作用。方法回顾性分析2017年9月～2018年3月来深圳市宝安区中医院新生儿科住院的50例孕产妇,按照护理方式不同分成实验组和对照组,每组各25例。实验组采取母婴床旁护理方式,对照组应用传统护理方式。出院时调查并比较两组的护理满意度和新生儿护理技能掌握程度。结果实验组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组臀部护理、脐部护理、婴儿沐浴游泳及抚触相关护理评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论母婴床旁护理可有效促进产妇掌握新生儿护理技能并显著提高其对护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of application of maternal and infant bedside nursing in promotion of maternal nursing skills and their nursing satisfaction.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 50 pregnant women who were hospitalized in Department of Neonatology of Baoan District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Shenzhen from September 2017 to March 2018.All the pregnant women were divided into the experiment group and control group according to the different nursing methods,25 cases in each group.In the experiment group,the maternal and infant bedside nursing methods was adopted;while,the control group was treated with traditional nursing methods.The nursing satisfaction and the mastery degree of neonatal nursing skills of all the cases were investigated and compared at discharge.Results The nursing satisfaction of the experiment group was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The scores of hip nursing,umbilical nursing,infant bathing and swimming and touch-related nursing of experiment group were significantly higher than those of control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Maternal and infant bedside nursing can effectively promote maternal mastery of neonatal nursing skills and significantly improve their satisfaction with nursing,which is worthy of clinical application.
