舒适护理在血液病护理中的应用效果

Application effect of comfortable nursing in hematological diseases nursing

目的分析舒适护理在血液病护理中的应用效果。方法选取2017年1～12月我院收治的78例恶性血液病患者作为研究对象,采用抽签法随机分为两组,每组各39例。研究组行舒适护理,对照组行常规护理,比较两组焦虑抑郁评分、舒适度评分及护理总满意度。结果干预后,研究组焦虑和抑郁评分均低于对照组,舒适度评分和护理总满意度均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将舒适护理应用于血液病护理中可改善患者负面情绪,提高舒适度和护理总满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective Analyze the application effect of comfortable care in hematology care.Methods A totla of 78 patients with hematological malignancies treated in our hospital from January to December 2017 were selected as research subjects,the patients were randomly divided into two groups by lottery,39 cases in each group.The study group was performed comfort nursing and the control group was received routine nursing,the anxiety and depression scores,comfort scores and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the anxiety and depression scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,comfort scores and nursing satisfaction were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying comfort care to hematologic diseases improves negative emotions,improve comfort and care satisfaction,worthy of clinical application.
