摘要
以2018年U.S.News & World Report世界大学综合排名前20名的美国高校图书馆为调查对象,对这些高校图书馆数字人文馆员岗位设置情况及职责、任职条件、组织管理机构、教育培训等情况进行分析发现,部分高校图书馆除了设置专门的"数字人文馆员"岗位外,还设置了与数字人文相关的具体岗位;岗位职责主要包括参与数字人文项目的设计与实施,与院系合作开设数字人文相关课程等;数字人文馆员的组织管理机构具有多样性,等等。我国高校图书馆在建设数字人文馆员队伍时应设置符合本馆发展需要的数字人文馆员岗位,构建数字人文馆员组织管理机构。
Top 20 American university libraries of U.S.News&World Report ranking in 2018 are selected to be the research object.Post setting and responsibility of digital humanities librarian,and the qualification,management organization,and educational training are analyzed in detail.Results show that some university libraries set a post for digital humanities librarian and related jobs.The responsibility mainly includes participating in designing and implementing digital humanities projects,starting digital humanities courses in cooperation with colleges,and the organization and management of digital humanities librarian are diversified.The construction of domestic university libraries should set the digital humanities post applicable to its development,establish the perspective organization and management.
