摘要
人力资源管理是现代企业管理学中的重要课题,而激励制度又是人力资源管理中人才管理的重要内容,良好的激励制度能够很好地调动企业员工的工作积极性和增强企业的凝聚力,对企业的健康发展和竞争能力的提高有着积极作用。因此,发挥激励制度在电力系统人力资源管理中的作用,对电力系统安全稳定运行也有着重要意义。
Humanresourcemanagement is an important topic inmodern enterprisemanagement,and incentive systemis an important content of talent management in human resource management.A good incentive system can arouse the enthusiasm of employees and enhance the cohesion of enterprises.It has a positive effect on the healthy development of enterprises and the improvement of their competitiveness.Therefore,it is also of great significance for the safe and stable operation of the power system to play the role of incentive system in the human resourcemanagement of thepower system.
