Investigation and Research on the Status Quo of Overseas Mergers and Acquisitions and Integration of Chinese Enterprises

随着"一带一路"的实施,中国企业海外并购的力度越来越大。然而,海外并购的中断或中止率高、并购后未能整合以及并购后整合效果不佳等问题,制约了中国企业在海外并购交易的步伐。论文分析了上述问题产生的原因,分析了第三方专业机构在海外并购中的作用,提出了解决方案。

With the implementation of"the belt and road",Chinese enterprises'overseas acquisitions become more and more powerful.However,the interruption or suspension rate of overseasmergers and acquisitions,the failure to integrate aftermergers and acquisitions,and the poor integrationeffect aftermergers and acquisitions restrict the pace ofChinese enterprises'overseasmergers and acquisitions.The paper analyzes the causes of the above problems,and analyzes the role of third-party professional organizations in overseas mergers and acquisitions,and puts forwardsolutions.
