摘要
"服务学习"既在服务中学习,也在学习中服务,并在相互帮助中实现全人发展,建立更美好的社会。S校社会组织管理专业尝试将"服务学习"模式引入校外实习课程,在一定程度上提高了学生的积极性,但仍存在项目深度不足和专业沉淀参差不齐等问题。"实习机构—学校/指导老师—学生"三方主体都需要共同努力,将"服务学习"模式有效落实,实现三赢。
"Service learning"is not only learning in service,but also service in learning.And in the mutual aid,the all-round person development is realized and a better societyisbuilt.The social organizationmanagement specialty ofSschool tries to introduce"service learning"mode into the off campus professional practice course,which has promoted the enthusiasmof students to a certain degree,but there are still some problems,such as insufficient project depth and uneven professional precipitation.The three parties of practice institution,school/counselors and studentsneed towork together,soas toeffectivelyimplement the"service learning"mode andrealize"three wins".
