摘要
筒仓结构在粮食存储方面发挥着重要作用。论文研究了一种受力性能合理高效而且能提供良好温控性能的新型筒仓,即超大型圆台状钢—索—竹组合式筒仓结构。对一个115英尺的圆形筒仓,仅在储料荷载下进行模拟分析,通过参数化计算,对筒仓钢骨架结构体系进行初步选型与分析,从而得出此算例下相对比较合适的布置方式以及梁柱截面尺寸。研究结果表明:在本案例中,环梁间距宜控制在1~2m之间;立柱的截面尺寸与环梁的截面尺寸密切相关,应根据不同的要求采取不同的布置方式。
The silo structure plays an important role in the grain storage.The paper studies a newtype of silo that with reasonable and efficient mechanical performance and good temperature control performance,that is,super large round steel cable bamboo composite silo structure.A simulation analysisof a 115 foot circular silo under storage load is carried out.Preliminary selection and analysis of steel skeleton structure system of silos iscarriedout throughparametric calculation,so as to get the relativelyappropriate layout and beamcolumn section size under this example.The results showthat in this case,the spacing between girders should be controlled between 1~2m.The sectional dimension of column is closely relatedtothe sectional dimension of ringbeam,anddifferent arrangementmethods shouldbe adoptedaccordingto different requirements.
