摘要
基于网络照片数据以及景区内相关旅游资源信息,通过实地调研、内容分析研究方法,借助ArcGIS软件对杭州湾海上花田景区的游客行为特征进行研究。结果表明:游客在景区的游玩关注对象主要是花卉;花卉的花期与游客到访游玩的淡旺季时间段存在一定程度上的关联;不同时间段内的气温以及旅游活动安排影响游客的游览行为;游客对景区西部与北部的游览关注度远高于其他地区;游客对较为西式的景点关注程度也较高。提出今后景区应从总结经验优化提升、突出重点强化景区花海景观主题、围绕主题开发配套景点、因地制宜完善游赏服务设施、丰富活动内容调节淡旺季、挖掘花文化开发体验活动等方面进行提升。
Based on 451 network photos during 2016 and 2017 in Haishanghuatian Scenic Area,tourist behavior characteristics were analyzed by means of field investigations and the methods of content analysis and ArcGIS.The result showed that tourists mainly focused on flowers,and there was correlation between flowering phase and the on-time.The air temperature and the activities arranged by the Scenic Area could influence tourists'behavior.Scenic spots with foreign pattern had more tourists.Suggestions were put forwarded such as much focuses on flowers,improvement of service facilities,etc.
