摘要
研究了不同饵料密度对泥鳅(Paramisgurnus dabryanus)仔鱼摄食生长和存活的影响。试验选取平均全长为(5. 117±0. 042 4) mm的泥鳅仔鱼,按饵料密度100、500、1 000、3 000、5 000个/L分成5组,每组3个重复,每个重复1 000尾仔鱼,试验周期为7 d,每日上午8:30添加饵料至设计密度,每日9:30测量鱼体全长、体高、摄食率。结果显示:饵料密度对泥鳅仔鱼的存活率、摄食率、相对生长率及特定生长率均有显著影响(P <0. 05)。在饵料密度为100~5 000个/L范围内,特定生长率与饵料密度的回归关系显著(F(2,52)=54. 141,P <0. 000 1),表明4~10日龄泥鳅仔鱼的最适轮虫密度约为5 350个/L。
This experiment took larvae loach Paramisgurnus dabryanus as the investigative object to evaluate the influence of different rotifer densities on feeding,growth,survival in the early stage of loach larvae.One thousand loach larvae with average length of(5.117±0.042 4)mm were conducted respectively at the rotifer density of 100,500,1 000,3 000,5 000 ind./L with three replicates in each level.The experimental period was 7 days.The results indicated that the density of rotifer has significant effect on the survival rate,relative growth rate,specific growth rate of loach larvae(P<0.05).There were remarkable regression relationships between the specific growth rate of loach larvae and rotifer density(F(2,52)=54.141,P<0.000 1).It indicated that the most suitable rotifer density for loach larvae(4-10 days old)should be 5 350 ind./L.
