摘要
本文阐述了碳排放权交易体系的内涵,结合国内试点和国家政策要求,研究了我国碳排放权交易体系的发展历程,并在分析河南省碳排放现状的基础上,从发电生产、工业结构、节能降碳等方面探讨了开展碳排放权交易对河南省影响。最后,提出了基于河南省视角下的推进区域碳市场建设、探索碳排放权交易的对策建议。
In this paper,we discussed the connotation of carbon emission rights trading system,and studied the development history of China's carbon emission rights trading system in combination with domestic pilot and national policy requirements.In addition,based on the analysis of Henan's carbon emission status,we discussed the impacts of carbon emission rights trading on Henan from power generation,industrial structure,energy conservation and carbon reduction.Finally,we put forward countermeasures and suggestions on promoting the construction of Henan carbon market and exploring carbon emissions rights trading.
