SWOT Analysis of Third Party Logistics in Henan Expressway Service Area

随着我国高速公路的飞速发展,高速公路服务区在高速公路系统中的地位和作用越来越重要。它不仅可以使乘客在旅途中得到休息,而且还能开展现代物流、购物等业务,提供大量的就业机会,促进当地经济社会的发展。本文对高速公路服务区发展第三方物流的外部环境与内部条件进行系统全面的分析,包括政策、法规、经济等各方面的因素,采用SWOT分析法综合评价高速公路服务区拓展物流服务功能的可行性。

With the rapid development of expressway in China,the status and role of expressway service area in highway system are becoming more and more important.It not only can make the passengers have a rest in their trip,but also can develop modern logistics,shopping and other business,providing a large number of employment opportunities,and promoting local economic and social development.In this paper,the external environment and internal condition of developing the third party logistics in expressway service area were comprehensively analyzed,including policies,laws and regulations,economy and various other factors,and SWOT ana?lytic method was used to comprehensively evaluate the feasibility of expressway service area developing logistics service functions.
