摘要
本文分析了当前"人才争夺战"的本质,指出当前高职院校创新创业型人才培养的状况,并将心理素质教育与创新创业型人才培养结合起来,以河南职业技术学院为个案研究对象,提出高职院校创新创业型人才的培育对策。
This article analyzed the essence of the current"talent battle",and pointed out the current situation of the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in higher vocational colleges.It also combined psychological quality education with the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents,and took Henan Polytechnic as a case study object to put forward the cultivation countermeasures for innovative and entrepreneurial talents in higher vocational colleges.
