我国科普国际交流平台建设的思考与建议

Thoughts and Suggestions on the Construction of China's Science Popularization International Exchange Platform

改革开放以来,我国科普事业快速发展,科普资源得到了开发和积累。今后十年,我国也应牢牢把握发展机遇,积极构建科普国际交流平台,推动我国科普事业参与国际交流与合作,进而促进我国科技事业的发展和创新型国家建设战略的实施。本文以"三城一区"为视角,提出我国应尽快启动国际科普交流平台建设及国际交流与合作战略,牵头组建NGO性质"国际青少年科普交流联盟"等,建立"平台+项目"机制,推动我国科普国际交流及其平台建设。

Since the reform and opening up,the science popularization in China has developed rapidly,and the science popularization resources have been developed and accumulated.In the next ten years,China should also firmly grasp the development opportunities,actively build the international exchange platform for science popularization,and promote the participation of China's science popularization in international exchanges and cooperation,so as to promote the development of China's scientific and technological undertakings and the implementation of the strategy of building an innovative country.From the perspective of"three cities and one district",this paper proposed that China should launch the construction of international science popularization communication platform and international exchange and cooperation strategy as soon as possible,lead the establishment of the NGO"international youth science popularization communication alliance",establish the"platform+project"mechanism,and promote the international exchange of China's science popularization and its platform construction.
