摘要 针对农村电子商务发展过程中存在快递不能到户的问题,提出一种农村物流"最后一公里"的解决模式和方案:通过互联网技术搭建快递配送信息服务平台,一端整合县乡物流网点资源,另一端整合快递承运人力交通资源,实现居民尤其是电商村民与物流网点之间的双向邮件运输。平台采用Spring+SpringMVC+MyBatis技术架构,给出了"农村快递配送+增值服务"的互联网生态构建方法。实验表明,该模式能够提升农村快递配送效率,优化农村电子商务环境。 In allusion to the problem that the express delivery cannot arrive at the customer′s home during the develop-ment process of rural e-commerce,a solution mode or scheme for the“last mile”of rural logistics is proposed.The express deliv-ery distribution information service platform is established by using the Internet technology.At one end,the logistics net point resources in counties and townships are integrated,and at the other end,the manpower and transportation resources for express deliveries are integrated,so as to implement bidirectional mail transport between villagers(especially e-commerce villagers)and logistics net points.The Spring+SpringMVC+MyBatis technology architecture is adopted for the platform.The Internet ecological construction method based on rural express delivery distribution with value-added services is presented.The experimental results show that the mode can improve the distribution efficiency of rural express delivery and optimize the rural e-commerce environ-ment.
