摘要 针对传统三分量瞬变电磁测井仪分辨率低的问题,研究基于阵列式瞬变电磁探伤仪的多通道采集系统。在瞬变电磁损伤检测理论模型的基础上,设计基于AD7656的多通道采集电路,可以对阵列分布探头的指数衰减信号进行同步采集。并对比分析了分时采集方式与同时采集方式的优缺点。最后,针对多层管柱及不同形状的套管损伤进行试验。结果表明,阵列式瞬变电磁探测系统可以实现多层管柱损伤检测,多通道采集系统有效地提高了损伤检测的解释精度。 In allusion to the low resolution rate of the traditional three-component transient electromagnetic well logger,a multi-channel acquisition system based on the array-type transient electromagnetic defect detector is studied.The multi-channel acquisition circuit based on the AD7656 is designed on the basis of the theoretical model of transient electromagnetic defect de-tection,so that the exponential attenuation signals of array distribution probes can be collected synchronously.The advantages and disadvantages of the time-sharing acquisition mode and synchronous acquisition mode are compared and analyzed.An experi-ment was carried out for damages of the multi-layer pipe string and casing pipes in different shapes.The results show that the ar-ray-type transient electromagnetic detection system can realize multi-layer pipe string damage detection,and the multi-channel acquisition system can effectively improve the interpretation precision of damage detection.
