汽车部件企业的生产配置最优规划数学模型设计 被引量:1

摘要 针对以往汽车部件企业在生产配置规划过程中,一直存在建模不准确及配置规划耗时长的问题,提出基于BP神经网络法的汽车部件企业生产配置最优规划数学模型。构建了基于BP神经网络分配的汽车部件企业生产配置最优规划数学模型。在对汽车部件企业生产配置进行批量分析的基础上,对汽车部件企业生产配置进行分配,通过BP神经网络法对汽车部件企业生产配置进行规划,结合企业生产配置的整体生产量,构建汽车部件企业生产配置最优规划数学模型。实验结果表明:采用改进建模方法时,其相比非线性建模方法建模准确率提高约41.91%,相比动态建模方法提高9.31%;在建模耗时方面,改进建模方法相比非线性建模方法缩短约172.2 s,相比动态建模方法缩短约123.9 s,具有一定的优势。 In allusion to the problems of inaccurate modeling and long time-consumption of configuration planning in the production configuration planning process of the past auto parts enterprises,an optimal planning mathematical model based on the BP neural network method is proposed for production configurations of auto parts enterprises.An optimal planning mathemati-cal model based on BP neural network configuration is constructed for production configurations of auto parts enterprises.On the basis of the batch analysis for production configurations of auto parts enterprises,the production configurations of auto parts en-terprises are distributed,and planned by using the BP neural network method.The optimal planning mathematical model for pro-duction configurations of auto parts enterprises is constructed combining with the whole production quantity for production configu-rations of enterprises.The experimental results show that,the modeling accuracy rate of the improved modeling method is about 41.91%higher than that of the nonlinear modeling method,and 9.31%higher than that of the dynamic modeling method;the time consumption of the improved modeling method is about 172.2 s shorter than that of the nonlinear modeling method,and about 123.9 s shorter than that of the dynamic modeling method,which has a certain advantage.
