基于QR码的中纤板质量分级方法

摘要 鉴于中纤板制造行业中对成品分级存在人工分级效率低,机器分级错分率偏高导致生产成本增加等问题,提出一种基于QR码的中纤板成品分级方法。采用KPCA方法提取中纤板图像中的特征建立特征空间,然后对该特征进行QR编码生成与成品对应的二维码图像,在检测人员的移动终端通过解码恢复特征数据并获取初步分级的结果,最后由人工在初步分级结果的基础上做出最终分级结论。实验结果证明,该方法能够在满足生产节拍的要求下对成品纤维板进行分级,获得较高的生产效率及准确率。 Since the low artificial grading efficiency and high machinery grading error rate existing in finished product grading in medium density fiberboard(MDF)manufacturing may increase the production cost of MDF,a MDF grading method based on QR(quick response)code is proposed.The KPCA(kernel principal component analysis)method is used to extract the features in MDF image to establish the feature space.The QR coding is carried out for the features to generate the QR code image corresponding to the finished product.The feature data is recovered by means of decoding and the preliminary grading result is obtained in mobile terminal of the tester.The final grading conclusion is made by manual work on the basis of preliminary grading result.The experimental results show that the method can grade the finished fiberboard while satisfying the requirements of the production task,and get high production efficiency and accuracy.
