A new perspective on the development trend of Xinjiang wine industry

新疆是我国最重要的葡萄产区之一,具有悠久的酿酒葡萄种植历史和得天独厚的气候条件。该文从葡萄酒行业的产量、市场消费、人才培养等方面介绍了新疆葡萄酒产业概况和发展趋势;同时指出存在的技术创新能力不足、行业建设缺乏整体规划、政府扶持机制不够完善等问题。并提出了构建葡萄酒产业链管理;增强新疆产区整体竞争力;传播新疆的葡萄酒文化,促进我国葡萄酒业可持续发展的对策。

Xinjiang is one of the famous grape producing areas in China,and it has long history of wine grape cultivation and unique climate conditions.The overview and development trend of Xinjiang wine industry were reviewed from the aspects of wine industry's output,market consumption and talent training.At the same time,the problems such as insufficient innovation capacity,lack of overall planning for industry construction,and inadequate government support mechanisms in the development of Xinjiang wine industry were pointed out.The construction of wine industry chain management was proposed,to enhance the overall competitiveness of Xinjiang production areas,disseminate Xinjiang wine culture and promote the sustainable development of China's wine industry.
