不同粒度的Fe2O3对堇青石蜂窝陶瓷性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 以高岭土、滑石粉、工业氧化铝和不同粒度的Fe_2O_3粉为原料,研究了Fe_2O_3粉的粒度对堇青石蜂窝陶瓷相组成、微观形貌和孔径分布的影响。实验结果表明:随着外加Fe_2O_3粉粒度的减小,加快了离子扩散速率,固溶量增加,堇青石的固相反应速率增加。当Fe_2O_3粉粒度为5μm和50μm时试样的微观结构中有微裂纹产生,为降低材料的热膨胀系数打下了基础。随着加入Fe_2O_3粉粒度的逐渐增大,产生液相,填充了试样中微孔,使孔径尺寸减小,孔径数量减少。 The influence of particle size of Fe 2O 3 powder on phase composition,microstructure and pore size distribution of cordierite honeycomb ceramics was investigated by using kaolin,talc,industrial alumina and Fe 2O 3 powders with different particle sizes as raw materials.The experimental results show that with the decrease of the particle size of Fe 2O 3 powder,the ion diffusion rate is accelerated,the solid solution amount is increased,and the solid phase reaction rate of cordierite is increased.When the particle size of Fe 2O 3 powder is 5μm and 50μm,microcracks are produced in the microstructure of the sample,which lays the foundation for reducing the thermal expansion coefficient of the material.With the gradual increase of the particle size of the Fe 2O 3 powder,a liquid phase is generated,the micropores in the sample are filled,the pore size is reduced,and the number of pores is reduced.
