摘要
通过提拉法制备了直径50 mm,长度144 mm的大尺寸、高质量的Tm:YAP激光晶体,研究了不同的温场结构对于晶体完整性以及晶体质量的影响,结果表明上空腔温度梯度较小,温度均匀性较高的温场设计能够有效的解决Tm:YAP晶体开裂、解理、弥散状散射和絮状物现象。
A large-sized and high-quality Tm∶YAP laser crystal(Cylinder diameter of the boule is 50 mm,and cylinder length is 144 mm)was prepared by Czochralski method.The study of the influence of different thermal structure on the crystal integrity and crystal quality shows that the small temperature gradient of upper cavity and the design of high uniformity thermal field can solve the problem of crack,cleavage and floccules effectively.
