摘要
采用磁控溅射工艺在ZK60镁合金表面制备了Ta-O和Ta-O/Mg涂层。使用场发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)分析了涂层的形貌和相组成,利用划痕仪和电化学工作站分别检测了涂层的附着力和耐腐蚀性能。结果表明:涂层表面晶粒大小均匀,结构致密,Ta-O/Mg涂层的质量好于Ta-O涂层; Ta-O/Mg涂层的附着力较Ta-O涂层提高了33. 33%;涂层明显提高了ZK60镁合金在模拟体液(SBF)中的耐腐蚀性能,其中TaO/Mg涂层对ZK60镁合金的防腐作用强于Ta-O涂层。
Ta-O and Ta-O/Mg coatings were deposited on the surface of ZK60 magnesium alloy substrate by magnetron sputtering.The morphology and phase composition of the coatings were investigated by field emission scanning electron microscopy(FE-SEM)and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The adhesion and corrosion resistance of the coatings were examined by micro-scratch tester and electrochemical workstations,respectively.The results show that the coatings are uniform in grain size and dense in structure,and the quality of Ta-O/Mg coatings is better than Ta-O coatings.The adhesion of Ta-O/Mg coatings is 33.33%higher than that of Ta-O coatings.The coating significantly improves the corrosion resistance of ZK60 magnesium alloy in simulated body fluids(SBF).The corrosion resistance of Ta-O/Mg coating to ZK60 magnesium alloy is better than that of Ta-O coating.
