非营利组织筹款模式研究——兼论世界宣明会筹款模式

A Study of NPO Fundraising Models——With a Discussion of World Vision's Fundraising Model

围绕捐赠与受益双方主体是单一还是多数,逻辑上存在多对多、一对多、多对一、一对一等四种排列组合,各种组合均有利弊。通过个案分析发现,世界宣明会善款的筹集和受助群体的受益模式类似于哑铃型结构。中间的制度环节充分保证了"哑铃"两头大量捐赠者和受益者之间关系的畅达,从而有效实现了组织使命。该模式对我国非营利组织的筹款及散财具有一定启示意义。

Are the relationships between donors and recipients unitary or multiple?Logically speaking,there are four types of relationships:many-to-many;one-to-many;many-to-one;and one-to-one.Each type comes with pros and cons.Through a case analysis,we find that World Vision s benefits model for donors and recipients resembles a bell-shaped structure.The system connection in the center guarantees a smoothly-linked relationship between the large numbers of donors and recipients at the two ends of the“bell”,and,thus,fulfills the organization s mission.Significant lessons can be taken from this model for China s fundraising and philanthropy.
