正规教育与技能培训对农牧户兼业行为的影响——基于青海农村牧区微观数据的调查分析

The Influence of Formal Education and Skill Training on the Concurrent Business Behavior of Farmers and Herdsmen:Based on the Microdata of Rural Pastoral Areas in Qinghai Province

促进农牧户兼业行为的最终动力来源于人力资本,而正规教育与技能培训因素构成了衡量农牧户人力资本水平的关键特征。基于青海农村牧区517个农牧户样本的微观调查数据,通过运用Heckman两阶段模型,有效解决样本选择性偏误问题,进而深入分析正规教育、技能培训对农牧户兼业行为影响的内在作用机理。研究表明:青海农村牧区农牧户兼业现象并不普遍,与人力资本存量不足有直接关系,且农牧户兼业行为分是否兼业与兼业程度两个阶段;正规教育变量与农牧户是否兼业具有倒U型的关系,与农牧户兼业程度呈递增的关系;技能培训变量与农牧户是否兼业、兼业程度均呈递增关系。

The ultimate motivation to promote the behavior of farmers and farmers is human capital,while formal education and skills training are the key characteristics to measure the human capital level of farmers.Therefore,based on the rural pastoral areas of Qinghai 517 micro farmers and herdsmen sample survey data,by using two stage Heckman model,effectively solve the problem of sample selectivity bias,and in-depth analysis of formal education,skills training for farmers and herdsmen'concurrent business behavior affect the internal mechanism.Research shows that rural pastoral areas of Qinghai farmers and herdsmen'concurrent business behavior is not common,and is directly related to the lack of human capital stock,and farmers and herdsmen'concurrent business behavior whether multiple occupations and development degree two stages;Normal education variable has an inverted U relationship with the farming and herding households,and it has an increasing relationship with the agricultural and pastoral households.The skill training variable has an increasing relationship with whether multiple occupations and development degree of farmers and herdsmen'concurrent business behavior.
