期望确认度与城乡居民养老保险制度忠诚度关系实证研究

An Empirical Analysis of the Relationship Between Degree of Expectation Confirmation and System Loyalty of Pension Insurance for Rural and Urban Residents

以感知有用性、制度满意度和特殊信任为中介变量,构建了期望确认度影响中青年农民城乡居民养老保险制度忠诚度的多重中介模型。基于2015年全国5省的调查数据,运用结构方程模型和bootstrap方法进行假设检验和中介效应分析。研究发现,期望确认度对中青年农民城乡居民养老保险制度忠诚度没有直接影响,感知有用性、制度满意度和特殊信任在期望确认度与制度忠诚度的关系中发挥了部分中介作用;特殊信任的中介效应显著大于制度满意度的中介效应,感知有用性的中介效应大于制度满意度的中介效应,特殊信任与感知有用性中介效应没有显著性差异。

With perceived usefulness,system satisfaction and particular trust as the mediating variables,a multiple mediating model of expectation confirmation influencing young and middle-aged farmer’s system loyalty of pension insurance for rural and urban residents was constructed.Based on the survey data of five provinces in China in 2015,the structural equation model and bootstrap method were used for hypothesis testing and intermediate effect analysis.It is found that expectation confirmation has no significant influence on young and middle-aged farmer’s system loyalty of pension insurance for rural and urban residents,perceived usefulness,system satisfaction and particular trust play a part of intermediary role in the relationship between expectation confirmation and system loyalty.The mediating effect of particular trust is significantly greater than that of system satisfaction,the mediating effect of perceived usefulness is significantly greater than that of system satisfaction,and there is no significant difference between the mediating effect of particular trust and perceived usefulness.
