摘要
本文以N-氰乙基-N-羟乙基间甲苯胺为原料,对苯二酚为阻聚剂,甲醇钠为溶剂,与丙烯腈缩合制备N-氰乙基-N-氰乙基氧乙基间甲苯胺。重点考察了物料配比、反应温度、反应时间和丙烯腈投料方式对反应的影响,在最优工艺条件下,产品纯度达到99%以上,总收率达到99%。
N-cyanoethyl-N-cyanoethoxyethyl-m-toluidine wasprepared bycondensation reaction of N-cyanoethyl-N-hydroxyethyl-mtoluidine and acrylonitrile using hydroquinone as anti-polymerizing agent and sodium methoxide as solvent.The effects of material ratio,reaction temperature,reaction time and charging method of acrylonitrile on the reaction were studied.Under optimum conditions,the purity of the product could reach above 99%,and the total yield was up to 99%.
