重庆是典型的山地城市,主城内四山纵贯、两江环绕,建筑依山就势,城市随意赋形,造就了独特的立体山水城市形态,形成了山地城市独有的公共空间。本文对《重庆市特色公共空间规划设计导则(试行)》(以下简称导则)的编制背景、过程、技术思路和主要内容进行了解读,重点解析了重庆山体、滨水和街巷三类特色公共空间,为打造城市地域特色的各级政府管理人员、相关技术人员以及公众市民提供了图文并茂的技术引导。

Chongqing is a typical mountainous city.The main city is surrounded by four mountains and two rivers so that the city is shaped freely and its buildings are built according to the shape of the mountain.These features create a unique three-dimensional landscape and characteristic public space in the city(town).This article unscrambles the formation background,process,technical thoughts and main contents of the Guidelines for the planning and design of characteristic public spaces in Chongqing(Trial)(hereinafter referred to as Guidelines),and especially emphasizes on the characteristics of mountain space,waterfront space and street spaces which provides practical and helpful reference for government offi cials,relative technicians and citizens.
