摘要
小规模学校与大规模学校是当前我国农村义务教育的两种主要办学形式。农村小规模学校面临的主要是因"小"而带来的"保留"和"发展"问题,而县镇大规模学校面临的主要是因"大"带来的资源稀释与质量下降问题。基于两类学校面临的问题和矛盾的差异,政府和教育行政管理部门在统筹布局规划、强化经费保障、加强师资建设、改善办学条件、提高办学水平方面,采取了差异化的措施,取得了显著的成效,积累了丰富的经验。
Small-scale schools and large-scale schools are two main forms of education in rural compulsory education.Small schools in rural areas are mainly faced with the problem of“retention”and“development”caused by“small”,while large schools are mainly faced with resource dilution and quality degradation caused by“big”.Based on the problems and contradictions faced by the two types of schools,the government and the education administrative department have adopted differentiated measures in the aspects of overall layout plan?ning,strengthening funds guarantee,strengthening teacher construction,improving the conditions for running schools and improving the level of running schools,which achieved remarkable results and accumulated rich experience.
