Industry Participation,Platform Synergy and Accurate Poverty Alleviation

在信息技术赋能下,电商平台能够实现商业模式创新,即普遍连接、互动参与和服务创新;在不发达地区,这种模式表现为促进平台广泛连接农户、推动贫困群体及社会力量多方参与、形成服务创新型生态系统。以平台为核心的农村电商生态系统在吸引众多主体参与的前提下,以扶持特色产业发展为核心,协调和带动了贫困地区的可持续扶贫。结合京东"跑步鸡"案例,提出电商扶贫的基本模式:在扶贫生态系统中,平台通过资源整合,发展可持续的特色化产业,并以此构建扶贫服务支点;农户在平台协同下,通过参与产业链获取市场机会以及直接参与生态系统的价值分配,进而获得知识与技能,积累持续发展能力。

Enabled by information technology,e-commerce platform can achieve business model innovation,they are universal connectivity,interactive participation and service innovation;in undeveloped areas,this model is to promote the platform to connect farmers,promote the participation of poor groups and social forces,and form a service innovation ecosystem.On the premise of attracting many participants,the platform-centered rural e-commerce ecosystem coordinates and promotes the sustainable poverty alleviation in poverty-stricken areas by supporting the development of specialty industries.Through the case of Jingdong"Running Chicken",this paper analyzes the basic model of e-commerce poverty alleviation:in the poverty alleviation ecosystem,the platform develops sustainable and characteristic industries by resource integration,and builds a support point for poverty alleviation services;farmers get market opportunities by participating in the industry chain and in the value distribution of the ecosystem,and then gain knowledge and skills to accumulate sustainable development capabilities.
