目的:探析刘爱华教授从胆论治郁证的思路和经验。方法:通过临床实践,总结刘教授辨病、辨证、辨体质的多辨中医思维及审证求因,巧妙运用气机在郁证发病中的关键性,准确把握疾病的主要矛盾,提出从胆论治在郁证辨证论治的运用。结果:郁证在病变过程中以气火痰瘀滞结表现为多,在治疗上疏肝利胆、清热化痰、安神定志。结论:刘教授提出"临证查机,谨守气宜,使药要和"的治病原则,使胆论治郁证有独特临床疗效。

Objective:To explore Professor Liu Aihua's ideas and experience in treating depression from gallbladder.Methods:Through clinical practice,Professor Liu's multi-discriminating traditional Chinese medicine thinking in differentiating diseases,differentiating syndromes,and distinguishing physiques,as well as reviewing the reasons for seeking evidence were summarized,Professor Liu strategically applied the vitality of qi in the pathogenesis of depression,and accurately grasped the main contradiction of the disease,and advocated the application of gallbladder theory in syndrome differentiation and treatment of depression syndrome.Results:Depression mainly manifested as gas and fire stagnation syndrome in the course of the disease,the treatment of dispersing stagnated liver qi for promoting bile flow,eliminating heat phlegm and soothing the emotion was significant.Conclusion:Prof.Liu put forward the principle of"checking pathogenesis in clinic,guarding appropriate qi transformation,approaching medicine harmoniously",and achieved unique clinical effect in treating gallbladder syndrome.
