中医辨证治疗牛皮癣100例研究

A report of 100 cases of TCM syndrome differentiation in the treatment of psoriasis

目的:分析中医辨证治疗牛皮癣的临床作用价值。方法:对收治确定为牛皮癣并经过中医辨证的100例牛皮癣患者根据不同的类型进行中医辨证治疗,观察治疗效果。结果:60例血热型患者中56例痊愈;25例血燥型牛皮癣患者中,痊愈18例,9例脓毒型牛皮癣患者中痊愈6例,6例红皮症病型患者中均全部痊愈。对以上治疗的患者进行为期1年的随访,无1例患者复发,疗效显著。结论:根据中医辨证的方法对不同类型的牛皮癣患者进行针对性的用药治疗,可以取得良好的治疗效果,减轻患者的负担,值得推广使用。

Objective:To analyze the clinical value of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of psoriasis.Methods:100 patients with psoriasis were treated with TCM syndrome differentiation according to different types,and the therapeutic effect was observed.Results:56 cases out of 60 cases of patients with blood type were cured;Among 25 cases of blood dryness type psoriasis patients,18 cases were cured;Among 9 cases of psoriasis patients with sepsis,6 cases were cured;Among 6 cases of erythroderma patients,all were cured.After 1 years of follow-up,none of the patients relapsed,and the curative effect was remarkable.Conclusion:According to TCM syndrome differentiation method,targeted medication prescribed for different types of psoriasis patients achieved good therapeutic effect,it reduced the burden of patients and was worth promoting.
