摘要
目的:探讨非手术综合疗法优化方案治疗神经根型颈椎病临床效果。方法:选取2016年1月—2017年12月60例神经根型颈椎病患者并随机数字表法分组。对照组进行常规牵引和中药熨烫治疗,非手术综合疗法组在对照组基础上进行旋提手法治疗。比较两组神经根型颈椎病改善率;住院时间;干预前后患者疼痛VAS评分、睡眠质量、生活质量。结果:非手术综合疗法组神经根型颈椎病改善率高于对照组,P <0.05;非手术综合疗法组住院时间短于对照组,P <0.05。干预前两组疼痛VAS评分、睡眠质量、生活质量相近,P> 0.05;干预后非手术综合疗法组疼痛VAS评分、睡眠质量、生活质量优于对照组,P <0.05。结论:非手术综合疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病对患者颈椎功能改善的作用确切,可有效可缓解颈椎疼痛,改善睡眠和生活质量,缩短住院时间。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of non-surgical comprehensive therapy in treating nerve root-type cervical spondylosis.Methods:A total of 60 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were selected from January 2016 to December 2017 and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with conventional traction and traditional Chinese medicine ironing treatment,and the non-surgical comprehensive treatment group was treated with the treatment of rotatory manipulation on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The improvement rate of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,hospital stay,VAS score,sleep quality and quality of life of two groups before and after intervention were observed and compared.Results:The improvement rate of nerve root type cervical spondylosis of the non-surgical comprehensive treatment group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.The duration of hospitalization of the non-surgical comprehensive treatment group was shorter than that of the control group,P<0.05.The pain VAS score,sleep quality and quality of life were similar in the two groups before intervention.After intervention,the pain VAS score,sleep quality and quality of life of the non-surgical comprehensive treatment group were better than those of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Nonsurgical comprehensive therapy had significant effect in treating nerve root-type cervical spondylosis,it could effectively relieve the pain of cervical vertebra,improve sleep and quality of life and shorten hospital stay.
