中医护理在提高重症急性胰腺炎治疗效果及患者满意度中的作用

The role of TCM nursing in improving the therapeutic effect and patient satisfaction of severe acute pancreatitis

目的:探讨中医护理在提高重症急性胰腺炎治疗效果及患者满意度中的作用。方法:选取我院于2016年1月—2018年1月间收治的60例重症急性胰腺炎患者,按照随机数字法分为两组,对照组30例予以集束化护理,研究组30例加以中医护理。比较两组患者临床疗效及护理满意度。结果:研究组患者临床总有效率(96.67%)显著高于对照组(80.00%)(P<0.05)。研究组护理满意度(96.67%)显著高于对照组(73.33%)(P <0.05)。结论:中医护理可显著提高重症急性胰腺炎治疗效果及患者满意度。

Objective:To explore the role of TCM nursing in improving the therapeutic effect and patient satisfaction of severe acute pancreatitis.Methods:60 patients with severe acute pancreatitis admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number method.30 patients in the control group were given intensive care,and 30 patients in the research group were given traditional Chinese medicine care.The clinical efficacy and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The total clinical efficiency(96.67%)of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.00%)(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group(96.67%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(73.33%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM nursing could significantly improve the treatment effect and patient satisfaction of severe acute pancreatitis.
