白头翁汤对溃疡性结肠炎患者炎症反应的影响

Effect of Baitouweng Decoction on inflammatory response in patients with ulcerative colitis

目的:观察白头翁汤对溃疡性结肠炎患者炎症反应的影响。方法:研究对象为2015年3月—2017年5月我所门诊诊治的溃疡性结肠炎患者80例,根据随机数表法分为观察组及对照组。对照组40例,施以常规西药治疗,观察组40例,在对照组基础上联合白头翁汤治疗。对比两组治疗1个月后的炎症反应改善情况及疗效。结果:治疗后,观察组炎症反应改善优于对照组,临床治疗效果较对照组显著,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05);所有患者治疗期间均未出现明显不良反应。结论:溃疡性结肠炎患者在常规西药基础上联合白头翁汤治疗疗效确切,患者炎症反应明显减轻,且不会增加其用药不良反应,安全可靠。

Objective:To observe the effect of Baitouweng Decoction(白头翁汤)on inflammatory response in patients with ulcerative colitis.Methods:From March 2015 to May 2017,80 patients with ulcerative colitis were divided into the observation group and the control group.40 cases in the control group were treated with routine western medicine,and 40 cases in the observation group were treated with Baitouweng Decoction(白头翁汤)on the basis of the control group.The improvement and curative effect of inflammatory reaction after 1 month treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the inflammatory reaction in the observation group was more significantly improved than that in the control group,and the clinical effect was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).No significant adverse reactions were observed in all patients during treatment.Conclusion:The routine western medicine combined with Baitouweng Decoction(白头翁汤)was effective in treating ulcerative colitis,the inflammatory reaction of patients was obviously alleviated,and it did not increase its adverse drug reactions,which was safe and reliable.
