复方甘草酸苷片联合西替利嗪治疗慢性荨麻疹的效果

The effect of compound glycyrrhizin tablets combined with western medicine in the treatment of chronic urticaria

目的:探讨复方甘草酸苷片联合西药治疗慢性荨麻疹的效果。方法:将2012年7月-2017年12月在我院皮肤科治疗的140例慢性荨麻疹患者随机分为两组,对照组采用西替利嗪片治疗,观察组采用复方甘草酸苷片联合西替利嗪片治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、症状改善情况、血清白介素水平变化。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为97.14%,明显高于对照组的80%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组治疗后风团数量、风团持续时间、每天发作次数、瘙痒程度等症状评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组治疗后IL-4、IL-8、IL-17、IL-23水平与对照组相比明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方甘草酸苷片联合西药治疗慢性荨麻疹的效果显著,能快速缓解症状,调节机体免疫功能,具有积极的临床意义。

Objective:to investigate the effect of compound glycyrrhizin tablets combined with western medicine in the treatment of chronic urticaria.Methods:140 patients with chronic urticaria from July 2012 to December 2017 were randomly divided into two groups,the control group was treated with cetirizine tablets,while the observation group was treated with compound glycyrrhizin tablets combined with cetirizine tablets.The clinical efficacy,symptom improvement and serum interleukin level were compared between the two groups.Results:the effective rate of post-treatment in the observation group was 97.14,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(80%,P<0.05),the number of wind masses,the duration of wind mass,the number of episodes per day and the degree of pruritus in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The level of IL-4,IL-8,IL-17,IL-23 in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:the effect of compound glycyrrhizin tablets combined with western medicine in the treatment of chronic urticaria is remarkable,this treatment can relieve symptoms quickly,regulate the immune function of body,and has positive clinical significance.
