中药联合抗风湿药治疗类风湿关节炎活动期的临床疗效

The clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with antirheumatic drugs on rheumatoid arthritis

目的:对中药联合抗风湿药治疗类风湿关节炎活动期的临床效果作探讨。方法:选入我院2013年1月—2017年12月收治的类风湿关节炎活动期患者80例为研究对象,将其依据随机数字表法均分组为:对照组40例用抗风湿药(甲氨蝶呤片+塞来昔布胶囊)治疗,观察组40例用中药+抗风湿药(甲氨蝶呤片+塞来昔布胶囊+尪痹片+祖师麻)治疗,并将两组患者治疗前后体内血沉(ESR)、类风湿因子(RF)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)等指标数值变化详细统计并记录,将所获各项数据作对比分析。结果:治疗后观察组患者ESR(20.97±11.32)mm/h、RF(72.83±41.07)U·mL-1、CRP(8.43±3.02)mg/IL明显低于对照组ESR(46.05±10.27)mm/h、RF(180.71±125.05)U·ml-1、CRP(17.67±5.03)mg/IL,P <0.05。结论:类风湿关节炎活动期患者接受中药联合抗风湿药治疗的效果更佳,临床上选药甲氨蝶呤片+塞来昔布胶囊+尪痹片+祖师麻联合治疗的药效更全面,可有效缓解类风湿关节炎活动期患者的临床症状,并能够控制其机体炎症反应与病情发展,促使患者病情尽早康复。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with anti-rheumatic drugs on rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:80 patients with active rheumatoid arthritis admitted to our hospital from January 2013 to December 2017 were divided into two groups:40 cases in the control group were treated with antirheumatic drugs(methotrexate tablet celecoxib capsule).In the observation group,40 cases were treated with traditional Chinese medicine anti-rheumatism drug(methotrexate tablet,celecoxib capsule,Wangbi tablet,Zushi Ma).Before and after treatment,the ESR,RF and C-reactive protein(CRP)of two groups of patients were analyzed and recorded in details,and the data were compared and analyzed.Results:After treatment,for the patients in the observation group,the related indexes were ESR(20.97±11.32)mm/h,RF(72.83±41.07)U?mL-1,CRP(8.43±3.02)mg/IL,which were significantly lower than those of the control group(46.05±10.27)mm/h,RF(180.71±125.05)U?mL-1,CRP(17.67±5.03)mg/IL.Conclusion:Patients in active stage of rheumatoid arthritis were treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with antirheumatic drugs.The clinical efficacy of the combined therapy of methotrexate tablet and celecoxib capsule Wangbi tablet was better than that of traditional Chinese medicine combined with antirheumatic drugs.It could effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with active rheumatoid arthritis,control the inflammatory reaction and the development of the disease,and promote the patients'recovery as soon as possible.
