双柏散治疗膝骨关节炎骨髓水肿的效果观察

Effect observation of Shuangbai powder on bone marrow edema in knee osteoarthritis

目的:探讨双柏散治疗膝骨关节炎骨髓水肿的效果。方法:将我院2016年6月—2017年4月90例膝骨关节炎骨髓水肿患者分组(随机数字表法)。对照组给予单一扶他林乳胶剂治疗,观察组则给予扶他林乳胶剂联合双柏散治疗。比较两组膝骨关节炎骨髓水肿临床治疗效果;疼痛缓解的时间、平均住院的时间;治疗前后患者疼痛VAS评分、膝关节骨髓水肿评分BME;药物不良反应率。结果:观察组膝骨关节炎骨髓水肿临床治疗效果高于对照组,P <0.05;观察组疼痛缓解的时间、平均住院的时间优于对照组,P <0.05;治疗前两组疼痛VAS评分、膝关节骨髓水肿评分BME相近,P> 0.05;治疗后观察组疼痛VAS评分、膝关节骨髓水肿评分BME优于对照组,P <0.05。观察组药物不良反应率和对照组无明显差异,P> 0.05。结论:扶他林乳胶剂联合双柏散治疗膝骨关节炎骨髓水肿的应用效果确切可有效减轻患者疼痛,减轻骨髓水肿,缩短症状缓解时间和住院时间,安全有效,值得推广应用。

Objective:To explore the effect of Shuangbai powder(双柏散)on bone marrow edema in knee osteoarthritis.Methods:90 patients with bone marrow edema in knee osteoarthritis treated in our hospital from June 2016 to April,2017 were divided into two groups(random number table method).The control group was treated with a single potamine emulsion,while the observation group was given a combination of Vitalin Emulgel and Shuangbai powder(双柏散).The clinical efficacy of two groups of osteoarthritis of knee osteoarthritis,duration of pain relief and average length of hospitalization,VAS score of patients before and after treatment and BME score of knee joint bone marrow edema,adverse drug reaction rate of two groups were compared.Results:The clinical treatment effect of the observation group was higher than the control group,P<0.05.The duration of pain relief in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,P<0.05.The pain VAS score of the two groups before treatment and the score of knee joint bone marrow edema were similar in BME,P>0.05.After treatment,the pain VAS score of the observation group and BME score of the knee joint were better than those of the control group,P<0.05.There was no significant difference between the adverse reaction rate in the control group and the observation group,P>0.05.Conclusion:Vitalin Emulgel and Shuangbai powder(双柏散)had significant effect in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,it could effectively relieve patients'pain and reduce bone marrow edema,shorten the time of symptoms and hospitalization time,which was safe,effective and worth popularization and application.
