卡文支持治疗对直肠癌患者术后恢复的效果研究

Effect of Calvin support therapy on postoperative recovery in patients with rectal cancer

目的:探讨卡文支持治疗对直肠癌患者术后恢复的效果研究。方法:将2016年12月—2017年12月在我院外科治疗的86例直肠癌术后患者随机分为两组,对照组应用自配全肠外营养混合液,观察组采用卡文,比较两组患者的营养指标变化、术后恢复指标变化、并发症发生率。结果:观察组术后5 d的血红蛋白、前白蛋白、血清白蛋白水平与对照组相比明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组术后排气时间、术后排便时间、首次进食时间、下床活动时间、住院时间与对照组相比明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组在吻合口漏、吻合口出血的发生率上无明显差异(P> 0.05),观察组在切口感染、肠梗阻发生率上明显低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:卡文支持治疗对直肠癌患者术后恢复的效果显著,能有效改善机体营养状态,加快术后恢复速度,减少并发症的发生,具有积极的临床意义。

Objective:To explore the effect of Calvin support therapy on postoperative recovery in patients with rectal cancer.Methods:86 cases of rectal cancer after surgical treatment in our hospital from December 2016 to December 2017 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with self matched parenteral nutrition mixture,the observation group adopted Kavin,changes in the nutritional indexes of the two groups,the changes of postoperative recovery indexes and the incidence of complications of two groups were compared.Results:The levels of hemoglobin,prealbumin and serum albumin 5d after operation in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),the time of exhaust,defecation and first feeding were significantly higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of anastomotic leakage and bleeding between the two groups(P>0.05),while the time of getting out of bed and the time of hospitalization of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05),but the incidence of anastomotic leakage and bleeding was not significantly different between the two groups.The incidence of intestinal obstruction in the observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Calvin support therapy had a significant effect on postoperative recovery of rectal cancer patients.It could effectively improve the nutritional status of the body,accelerate the recovery rate and reduce the incidence of complications,which was of positive clinical significance.
