黄芪建中汤联合温针灸治疗脾胃虚寒型慢性萎缩性胃炎

Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis of spleen and stomach cold type

目的:探讨黄芪建中汤联合温针灸治疗脾胃虚寒型慢性萎缩性胃炎的应用效果。方法:选取我院2017年2月—2018年3月治疗的60例脾胃虚寒型慢性萎缩性胃炎患者为研究对象,均分为两组,对照组为胃复春片,观察组为黄芪建中汤联合温针灸,对比两组治疗情况。结果:两组的总有效率为93.33%和76.67%,观察组的总有效率高于对照组,统计学有意义(P<0.05)。结论 :黄芪建中汤联合温针灸治疗脾胃虚寒型慢性萎缩性胃炎的应用效果显著,症状得到改善,提高了治疗效果,值得应用。

Objective:To explore the effect of Huangqi Jianzhong decoction(黄芪建中汤)combined with warm acupuncture on the treatment of chronic trophic gastritis of spleen and stomach cold type.Methods:From February 2017 to March 2018,60 cases of spleen and stomach cold type were selected as the research subjects,the patients with chronic atrophic gastritis were divided into two groups,the control group received Weifuchun Tablets(胃复春片)while the observation group received Huangqi Jianzhong decoction(黄芪建中汤)combined with warm acupuncture,the treatment of two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of the two groups was 93.33%and 76.67%respectively,and the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that in the control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huangqi Jianzhong decoction(黄芪建中汤)combined with warm acupuncture had significant effect in treating chronic trophic gastritis of spleen and stomach cold type,it could relieve the symptoms,improve the treatment effect and was worthy of application.
