摘要
目的:观察中药泡足对膝关节置换术后关节功能康复的影响。方法:选取2017年1月—2017年12月在我院行膝关节置换术的312例患者作为研究对象。随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组术后予以常规康复锻炼,观察组术后在常规康复锻炼的基础上加用中药泡足。观察术前和泡足后的膝关节主动屈伸活动度。结果:312例患者中,有3例患者出现术后感染,将样本予以剔除。最终对照组有155例患者完成试验,观察组有154例患者完成试验。术后予以康复锻炼后,两组患者的膝关节主动屈伸活动度与术前相比较,均明显增加,具有显著的统计学意义(P <0.01)。中药泡足的观察组患者的膝关节主动屈伸活动度与对照组相比,明显增大,具有显著的统计学意义(P <0.01)。结论:使用中药泡足配合康复锻炼能够有效提高膝关节置换术后患者膝关节的活动度,康复效果良好,值得广泛推广使用。
Objective:To observe the effect of Chinese medicine foot bath in the functional rehabilitation of joint after knee arthroplasty.Methods:312 patients with knee arthroplasty in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were selected as the subjects and were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.After the operation of the control group,routine rehabilitation exercise was performed while the observation group received Chinese medicine foot bath on the basis of routine rehabilitation exercise.The active flexion of the knee joint before and after the operation was observed.Results:Among 312 patients,3 patients had postoperative infection,and the samples were removed.In the final control group,155 patients completed the experiment,and 154 patients in the experimental group completed the experiment.After the postoperative rehabilitation exercise,the active flexion activity of the knee joint of the two groups was significantly increased compared with that of the preoperative period,which was with significant statistical difference(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the active flexion activity of the knee joint in the observation group was significantly increased,which was with significant statistical difference(P<0.01).Conclusion:The application of traditional Chinese medicine foot bath in combination with rehabilitation exercise could effectively improve the activity degree of knee joint after knee arthroplasty,and the recovery effect was good,and it was worthy of extensive application and promotion.
