摘要
在警务英语教学过程中,教师和学生都面临诸多挑战。学习共同体通过整体目标、协同活动、转换角色、认同身份、共享资源、共同语言、集体知识、分享成果等动力,将课堂整体驱动,运行起来。在与传统课堂的对比中,学习共同体课堂改变了教学流程,凸显了个体专长和集体智慧的重要性。
In the process of police English teaching,teachers and students face many challenges.The Learning Community drives and runs the classroom as a whole through the overall goal,collaborative activities,changing roles,identifying identities,sharing resources,common language,collective knowledge,and sharing results.In contrast to traditional classrooms,Learning Community classes change the teaching process,and highlight the importance of individual expertise and collective intelligence.
